The Story:
Purchased during the time when I was using my Ghia as a daily driver and decided I needed something a little more reliable, I found this for sale near my house. I got it for $150. The owners at the time were an older couple who used it to tow behind their camper when they went on trips. This car and I saw a lot of good times, it was a quick little 4-banger, and I managed to irritate quite a few Honda and Jetta drivers with it. But alas, my county decided to start making emissions testing a must, and this car wouldn't pass emissions, so it was sold to my friend John for $150 and a computer, traded back to me for a bass guitar, and sold again for $150 to a kid who was planning on fixing it.
